LoyaltyChat provides an online relationship assessment tool, AI-powered advisory features, and educational newsletter content for self-awareness and educational purposes only. Our assessments are not a substitute for professional counseling or therapy.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By using LoyaltyChat, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
By providing your email address and payment information, you create a LoyaltyChat account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
LoyaltyChat offers a 7-day trial period for $1 USD. The trial provides full access to all premium features including your detailed Trust Score report, AI Relationship Advisor, and weekly newsletter.
At the end of the 7-day trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard rate of $9.99 USD per month. By subscribing, you authorize LoyaltyChat to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@loyaltychat.com. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
The initial trial fee of $1 is non-refundable. Monthly subscription refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge. Email support@loyaltychat.com.
The AI Relationship Advisor is an automated tool designed for educational and self-awareness purposes. It is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. Its responses should not be treated as professional advice. If you are in an abusive situation, please contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233.
LoyaltyChat assessments are designed for self-awareness and educational purposes only. Trust Scores and behavioral analyses are generated using proprietary algorithms and should not be used as evidence of any behavior. Results are not clinically validated.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY ASSESSMENT RESULTS.
In no event shall LoyaltyChat be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
